A working product still needs somebody accountable for hosting, providers, access, incidents, defect resolution, data obligations, and the decisions that keep it dependable.
Start a conversationThe system is important enough that 'call the developer if something happens' is not an operating model.
The business prefers one accountable operator across hosting, deployments, providers, credentials, monitoring, and defects.

The product needs continuing leadership and expansion substantial enough to justify a Product Partnership rather than basic operation.
State hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, defect resolution, provider administration, support channels, response targets, and excluded work.
Track direct cost, usage, incidents, attention, client dependencies, expansion, and recurring gross profit without treating silence as proof that an account is structurally quiet.
Define usage allowances, provider-cost changes, support demand, new risk, expanding scope, reserved capacity, and other conditions that alter the economics.
Document data export, account transfer, repository and credential access, transition support, notice, termination consequences, and any licence limits.
Managed hosting and defined technical responsibility after launch.
Storefront, checkout, provider, and operational dependencies.
Production systems with users, data, and continuing operating needs.
Connections that require monitoring, failure recovery, and provider stewardship.
Recurring access and operation for workflows that continue to create value.
Commercial shape
A managed fee pays for continuing access, operation, support, provider administration, reserved responsibility, or another explicit ongoing obligation. It is not a disguised payment for the original build and does not include unlimited feature development. Higher-touch ongoing product work belongs in a separately priced Product Partnership.
