How the engagement works
We map the systems, records, permitted interfaces, source-of-truth rules, error states, security requirements, expected volume, provider limits, and recovery process. A feasibility review comes before a promise when access or documentation is uncertain.
The build price is separate from provider subscriptions, usage fees, hosting, monitoring, and managed responsibility. The client can choose a handover where the connection is stable and supportable, or managed operation where continuing accountability creates value.

A managed automation tool is often sensible for a simple, low-risk flow. Direct integration becomes useful when volume, reliability, cost, data control, business rules, observability, or provider limits justify it.
Only if the provider offers a workable API, export, webhook, partner route, or another permitted interface. We review the real documentation and account access before promising feasibility.
Provider plans, request volume, transaction fees, messages, storage, rate limits, data transfer, and operational attention can all affect recurring cost. Those components are stated separately.
Not every connection does. Where failure matters or providers change, managed operation can cover monitoring, alerts, defect resolution, credential rotation, and reasonable adaptation within a defined boundary.
