Business Systems Audit
We go through the tools you pay for, your website and code, and how work really gets done day to day. You get a written plan: what to fix, what to automate, what each item costs or saves, and in what order.
- A fixed price for the audit
- Read-only: nothing changes while we look
- A written plan that is yours to keep
Sounds familiar?
You pay for tools and nobody is sure who still uses them.
Your team copies the same details between systems every week.
You know AI could help, but not where to start.
Software piles up. Three subscriptions doing one job, a website on software that stopped getting security updates, orders typed into two systems by hand, and a team that spends Friday building the same report. An audit shows what all of that costs you, what AI and automation could take off the team, and what to fix first.
What we look at.

Where AI and automation fit
Repeated work that plain rules or AI can take off the team, with a person signing off what matters.

Start
Step 1: A call
Tell us what worries you, what feels slow and what you already know is broken.
Before we look
Step 2: Scope and fixed price
We agree what the audit covers: which tools, sites, code and teams. You get a fixed price for it.
Day 0
Step 3: Read-only access
We start from the outside, with what anyone can see. Where it helps, you give us read-only access. Nothing changes during the audit.
The audit
Step 4: We look and ask
We go through your tools, website, code and accounts, and talk to the people doing the work.
At the end
Step 5: Your written plan
What to fix, what to automate, what each item costs or saves, and in what order. In plain language.
Your call
Step 6: The fixes
Quick fixes can start as soon as you approve them. Bigger ones become their own project, priced before any work starts.
Then, your choice.
Do it yourselves
The plan is yours. Hand it to your own team or another supplier.
We fix it
Quick fixes first, then the bigger items as a fixed-price project.
Keep it running
Once it is fixed, a monthly plan for hosting, support and reports.
Real projects. Real screens.

See the caseThe tools behind it.
Every tool here is in a product we have built and shipped. We pick them once the problem is clear, and set them up in accounts you own.

We build and run websites, apps and business systems for clients, and products of our own. So we know where systems leak money, where they break and what AI can really do today. We can also do the fixes after the plan, so every recommendation is one we would put our own name to. If the honest answer is to keep what you have, the plan says so.

Fair questions.
Start with a call.
Tell us what you need. You get a short brief, then a written proposal with a fixed price before any work starts.
Start a conversationWhatever runs the business: the tools and subscriptions you pay for, your website and hosting, your code, the spreadsheets and manual steps between them, where AI could take work off your team, and who has access to what. We agree the scope before we start.
Not always. We can start from the outside, with what anyone can see: the website, its speed, its software versions and what it exposes. For code, tools and accounts, you give us read-only access and we never change anything during the audit.
A written plan in plain language: what to fix, what to automate, what each item costs or saves, and in what order. Some fixes take an hour. Some are a project. You choose what happens next.
Partly. We look for repeated work that plain rules or AI can take off your team, and we say where AI is not worth it. Each suggestion comes with what it would cost to build and to run.
No. The plan is yours. You can hand it to your own team, use another supplier, or ask us to do the work. If the honest answer is to keep what you have, we will say so.
