Yes. Roles, permissions, record ownership, approval rights, and audit needs are defined around the real workflow. Security is part of the product model, not a visual setting added later.
The definition and build are scoped to the users, rules, data, integrations, and first release. Recurring fees apply only where x Create carries defined access, hosting, operation, support, or Product Partnership responsibility.
Data access, export format, retention, deletion, account control, and exit assistance are stated in the engagement and data-processing terms.
