How the engagement works
We map the current workflow, source records, decisions, exceptions, failure impact, expected volume, provider constraints, and evidence of value. Then we choose deterministic software, a configured tool, assisted processing, or a combination.
The smallest responsible workflow may be delivered as a project and operated under a bounded monthly agreement. Larger operational systems may require a Solution Blueprint. Provider and model costs are stated separately because usage, geography, message volume, and service pricing can change.

No. Deterministic rules are cheaper, easier to test, and more reliable for many tasks. Model-assisted steps make sense when classification, extraction, summarisation, or language work creates enough value and can be reviewed safely.
Possible costs include hosting, messaging, email, workflow providers, model usage, storage, and managed operation. Usage allowances and repricing triggers are stated where volume can change the economics.
The workflow should expose errors, preserve source records, support safe retries, and route exceptions to a person. Silent failure is not an acceptable operating design.
