01 The problem
The AI should remember the brand. The team should not have to.
Most AI marketing tools forget the business as soon as the tab closes. The next session starts with the same questions: What do you sell? Who is it for? What does the brand sound like? Which colours and visual cues belong to you?
That repetition is not only annoying. It is why so much AI content feels generic. A team can spend more time correcting context, moving files and rebuilding briefs than actually creating the campaign.
We built Moteef because marketing work needs memory. The system should understand the business, keep that understanding current and bring it into every new piece of work.
02 The result
- Teach it once
- Your brand, remembered
- One working rhythm
- Plan, create, approve and publish
The brand context follows every marketing task
- 01Planning and production live in one place
- 02Teams can choose the right quality and cost for each job
- 03Failed generation jobs protect the user's credits
- 04The core product is live with public pricing
Moteef is live at moteef.ai with its core promise working: the business is learned once and that context carries across planning, creation, approvals and publishing.
The product replaces a loose chain of prompts, folders, calendars and publishing tools with one working rhythm. It also gives us something more valuable than a showcase: a product we operate ourselves, with real users, real model costs and real decisions about what should ship next.
Some advanced areas, including the document workspace and realtime voice experience, are still being hardened before general release. We label those surfaces honestly because a useful product does not need to pretend every experiment is finished.
For clients, Moteef is proof that x Create can turn AI into a dependable product experience — not a prompt box with a logo on it.
03 Our approach
What we built
Moteef is a connected marketing workspace built around a shared business memory.
During onboarding, it gathers the useful context behind the brand: the business, its offers, audience, tone, strategy and visual preferences. That context then follows the user into the creative generator, planner, library and strategy chat.
Teams can create images at different quality levels, organise every version in one library, plan content on a calendar, review work and publish through connected social accounts. A marketing assistant helps turn a rough goal into a campaign, advert, carousel or practical next step without losing the brand along the way.
Behind the product, business owners can manage people, plans, credits and usage. The admin side gives our team the visibility to support users and improve the product without guessing what happened.

How it works
The business memory is the starting point. Moteef can use the company website to prepare the first version, then the team refines it with the details that make the brand distinctive. Every creation reads from the same source, so a planner brief and a generated image are not operating with two different versions of the business.
From there, the workflow stays connected. Ideas become planned content, planned content becomes creative, creative moves through review and approved work can be published. Files and versions remain attached to the work instead of disappearing into a downloads folder.
The commercial rules are visible rather than hidden. Users choose the quality level that fits the job, which makes the cost trade-off clear before generation begins. If a generation fails, the credit protection returns what the user spent. Subscriptions and payments run through Paystack, while the product keeps a complete credit and billing history.
Operating principle
“Teach the system the business once, then let the team get on with the work.”
