How it works.

A fixed price before we start, a live preview about a week after the deposit, and you choose the launch date.

  1. Start

    Step 1: A call

    Tell us who the site is for and what you want visitors to do: call, book, buy or send an enquiry.

  2. Before any work

    Step 2: Brief and fixed price

    We write a short brief, then a proposal with a fixed price for the first version. Hosting and other costs are listed separately.

  3. Day 0

    Step 3: Agreement and deposit

    You sign the agreement and pay the deposit. We plan the pages and start on the copy with you.

  4. About a week later

    Step 4: First preview

    A live preview link of your new site, to click through on your phone and laptop.

  5. While we build

    Step 5: Feedback

    Send notes any way you like: a WhatsApp voice note, a screenshot or a doc. Simple changes often show up the same day.

  6. On your date

    Step 6: Tested and live

    AI agents test every page, form and booking on phone and desktop. You pick the launch date.

Start a conversation

It depends on what the site needs to do. The number of pages, bookings, online payments, languages and how ready your content is all change the work. You get a written proposal with a fixed build fee for the agreed first version. Hosting and third-party costs are listed separately.

You usually see a working preview about a week after the deposit. The launch date depends mostly on your content and how quickly approvals come back. A bigger site, or one tied to bookings or an online store, gets its own timeline in the proposal.

Your domain, brand, content and data are yours. Ownership of the custom code is agreed upfront: code written for you usually transfers after the final payment, and we keep our reusable toolkit. If any part runs on a platform we license to you, the proposal says so.

Yes, if you want us to. A monthly plan covers hosting, support and regular website reports. If you would rather run it yourself, we hand it over cleanly.
