Website Design & Development
Custom websites that explain the business clearly, earn trust, and move the right visitor toward a useful next step.
A website is often the fastest useful answer to a commercial problem: weak trust, unclear positioning, poor enquiry flow, an outdated buying experience, or a product that needs a credible public home. It is still software, and it should be designed around a job rather than assembled as a collection of pages.
What we build
- Marketing and company websites
- Landing pages and focused sales journeys
- Portfolio and editorial sites
- Websites connected to bookings, payments, portals, or operational systems
- Multi-page content systems with search-ready technical foundations
Websites and ecommerce remain active x Create offers because clear, bounded projects can often reach the market quickly. Speed depends on scope, decisions, content, integrations, and review—not on a universal deadline.
How the engagement works
We establish who the site is for, what they need to understand, and what action should follow. Then we shape the information architecture, page system, copy requirements, visual direction, integrations, launch plan, and measurement.
The commercial pack states the build scope, revision boundary, responsibilities, ownership model, third-party costs, and what happens after launch. Ongoing hosting or operation is optional and separately defined; new pages or features are paid expansion unless expressly included.
Why x Create
The same studio can work on the public experience and the system behind it. A website can remain a focused website, or connect to ecommerce, payments, accounts, bookings, portals, integrations, and internal workflows without forcing the project across disconnected suppliers.
Fair questions.
Each build is scoped individually. The number of page types, content readiness, integrations, ecommerce, booking, languages, and approval process all affect the work. The proposal separates the build price from hosting and third-party running costs.
A focused website with clear decisions and ready content can move quickly. A larger site or one connected to bookings, commerce, accounts, or custom software needs a timeline based on its real scope. We agree that timeline before the build starts.
Your domain, business data, brand material, and content remain yours. The agreement states ownership of bespoke deliverables, reusable x Create capability, third-party components, accounts, and handover for the specific build.
Yes, where it makes sense. Managed operation can cover hosting, monitoring, technical updates, defect resolution, and provider administration under a defined monthly boundary. A clean handover is also available.
